  • HOW TO GET YOUR ITEMS FROM THE CASE?

    You can sell dropped CSGO skins directly on KUYCASE, refilling your balance, or send those items to your Steam account. To send an item to your Steam account, choose it in your inventory on KUYCASE, paste your trade link into a pop-up and hit "Send" button. Our bot will send you a trade offer automatically within a couple of minutes. Get to your Steam account and accept a trade offer with your item.

  • HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CONFIRM TRADE?

    You must accept a trade offer within 14 days or the trade will be automatically canceled.

  • WHY DONT I RECEIVE A TRADE OFFER?

    THERE MAY BE SEVERAL REASONS:
    • Trade link you entered is incorrect;

    If you didnt get the item, please contact our support, select "Problem with dropped skin" category.

  • I DIDNT GET THE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    First of all, you need to go into your inventory (you can use the button in the top menu, or in your profile) and check the status of items, which you didnt get. Click on the item, to check its status.
    If an item has "waiting" status, trade has been sent and will appear in your Steam account shortly. If you didnt receive a trade, most likely an error occurred, in this case, the item will be returned to your KUYCASE inventory within 15 minutes.

    You can resend an item after 15 minutes. If an error persists, contact our support with a category "Problem with dropped skin".

  • CAN I CANCEL ITEM TRANSFER AND RE-SEND IT?

    If you want to cancel an item transfer, just decline a trade offer from our bot.

    If you want to send an item again, wait until the system cancels a trade offer and an item will reappear in your inventory. Afterward, instead of "Pending" status in your inventory, Sale and Payout buttons will appear.

  • WHERE CAN I SEE HISTORY OF MY DROP?

    In your profile, you can see all dropped items. In your inventory, you can quickly deposit your account balance with dropped items, send them to your Steam account or see their status.

  • I HAVE A TRADE-BAN, I WANT TO GET MY ITEM TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT

    You can send your CSGO skins to any Steam account by changing the trade link in your KUYCASE profile. To avoid fraud, we send items only to trade link specified in your account.
