    If you did’nt receive a trade offer within 24 hours, contact support.

  • CAN I CANCEL ITEM TRANSFER AND RE-SEND IT?

    If you want to cancel an item transfer, just decline a trade offer from our bot.

    If you want to send an item again, wait until the system cancels a trade offer and an item will reappear in your inventory. Afterward, instead of "Pending" status in your inventory, Sale and Payout buttons will appear.

  • Can I send my items to another Steam account in case my account was limited or I lost access to it?
